Turkey's fight for moderation.

What is happening in Turkey may be the future of modern Muslim movement.  The people of Turkey are taking on the fundamentalist's who under the guise of capitalism are implementing slowly draconian Islamist laws.  Also the current leader is becoming a dictator but is using the Putin system by co-opting big Corp into his agenda.  If corporations can make profits they really don't care about civil rights and freedoms.
Monopolist and the dictator are two sides of the same coin.
Turkey has been a role model for us here, but now the true colors are showing and it seems the old saying is coming true again.  "He thought he had a diamond in the rough, but when he cleaned it up it was just a piece of rock"
A good sign of a bad government; they always blame massive demonstrations on vandals and thugs.
Now Brazil is having demonstration and we know they are not Muslims, however there is this underlying current in the world where the masses are tired of the inequality of capitalism and that is also true in Turkey. 
Corporations need to be reigned in.  Humanity must come first, living less must be the new mantra.
